Sound problem

Hi, I have recently installl the v0.8.0.0-b3 and I have no sound in the game. My headset works great when I close the game windows. I'm able to go on youtube and listen some video.
can you help me please

When you don't have sound, are you driving on a course or sitting at the docks? If it happens at the docks, most likely you probably haven't started the engine yet. If happens on a course, check the master game volume under settings/general to see if the game sound has been turned down.
If that isn't the case, try doing a fresh re-install of the game. Since you're using the v0.8.0.0-b3, which is a beta/test version of the game, the file structure is different from the v0.7.1.0 version. If you installed the v0.8.0.0-b3 version over the top of the v0.7.1.0 version, the file structure will be wrong and the game probably doesn't know where to look for the sound files. A fresh install will fix this.

I don't have sound when I'm sitting at the dock and I have start the engine, the master game volume has at 100%,
and just before installing the V0.8.0.0-b3, I have run the V0.8.0.0-A7 and A8. and I have sound,
I have found my problem, my option of dolby atmos was on and the game don't like it.. I have turn it off and I have sound in my headset.

@normallard1 The problem is that you likely copied a newer build on top of an older one. There were some changes to the audio file structure with the bundle system updates.
