• Fixed bug where score-up penalties would be assessed when score-up was disabled.
• Fixed score-up penalties, so you don't have to start outside of boats that are on land or their engine is off.
• Fixed bug where failure to load a boat texture would make all subsequent texture load attempts fail (for all other boats).
